Limited Edition Modern Lounge Chair with Pandas.

This modern lounge chair, of stuffed pandas on metal base - was designed by the Campana Brothers as a limited edition of 25 pieces, exclusive to Moss.

Fernando and Humberto Campana design through eyes that are fiercely regional, political, and socioeconomic. Their irreverence is tempered by a humility and an appreciation of the artfully poetic. They often combine found or mass-produced objects like scraps of wood, stuffed animals, and discarded fabric scraps with advanced technologies. Their work is infused with personal commentary on issues of waste, resourcefulness, poverty, and perfection. They also explore craft vs. production, globalization vs. nationalism, art vs. design, and historicism vs. the contemporary.

Murray Moss opened his first showroom in 1994 in Soho with the goal of changing public perception about modern industrial product design. That store gained a reputation for its impeccable curation and presentation. Moss expanded by adding modern furniture, modern lighting, jewelry and tabletop. Much of what Moss has done, is to provide a unique context in which to view the furniture, lighting or object - to see these modern designs in a different way.  

Moss opened its first showroom/gallery outside of New York in 2007 in Los Angeles. To visit the Moss store, on either coast, is to experience great design in a deliberate and creative setting, unlike any other.
