Inspired by a series of 27 sculptures built from Douglas Fir surveyor stakes stacked in precise geometrical patterns. The acrylic form captures the light and allows it to pass through, projecting the form's geometry onto the ceiling. Winner of the 2006 VIA award, Brindilles, from Ligne Roset is a spectacular ceiling light that features fibre optic cables suspended from a white plexiglass base. The overall height can range from 59 to 98.5 inches with a diameter of 35.5". This fixture has a real presence.

Serpente 2131 - a floor lamp designed by Elio Martinelli. A standing floor lamp with a swiveling upper arm. The base is a white metal lacquer and the diffuser is white opal methacrylate. This is a large lamp standing over 4 feet high and the light is about 22" across.

The Prism Standing Lamp designed by Corrado Corradi dell'Aqua in 1963 for Azucena has a marble base, square shaped frame and bars in polished brass, diffuser in white silk poplin and a clean, graphic charm. It has a strict linear quality but a soft elegance that gives its a sort of prehistoric beauty.

Designed to hang low above a table - Glare free light - 3 white shades and a cone mounted on 3 purple legs - 2 smaller colored shades enhance the part of the spectrum of light least sensitive to the eye - Red-painted inside of cone creates a warm tone of light. PH 5 (1958) provides a glare free illumination. The design of the visible reflectors ensures that light is directed both vertically and horizontally. The PH Artichoke was designed by Poul Henningsen more than 40 years ago for the Copenhagen restauraunt, Langelinie Pavilion - the original works are still hanging there today.  The classic piece is made of twelve steel arches covered with 72 staggered copper leaves. The leaves reflect the light onto the underlying leaves creating a distinct, filtered light.

The lights come in four diameters from 18.9" to 33.1" and in copper, white or brushed stainless.

The only cable supported stair we have ever seen that uses ONLY cables to keep each tread completely motionless. Other cable supported stairs use brackets or stringers to stop sway or shake, this stair uses only cables. Available with railings, and with treads of metal. wood, or even glass.

Flipping through the April issue of dwell magazine, we stumbled upon this cool serving tray with butcher block from the talented designers at FTF Design Studio. The natural grain of the bamboo butcher block creates a wonderul contrast against the stark white canvas of the Corian tray.

Sorapot is a simple, modern teapot. Its architectural shape and simple functionality bring tea’s quiet beauty into sharp focus. Made from 304 stainless steel, borosilicate glass (Pyrex), and food-grade silicone, it articulates the ritual of tea making in a thoroughly modern way.

Sorapot suspends the process of tea making in a glass tube a few centimeters above your tabletop. Unlike standard teapots that confine tealeaves in a small mesh basket, your leaves will have full run of Sorapot’s interior as they unfurl and change the hot water into tea. You might even see a tea-colored shadow cast by sunlight that passes through the tube.

As you use your teapot, it will acquire a patina based on how you hold it, how you clean it, and the type of tea you use. The uncoated stainless steel will develop a sheen where you grasp it, and will gradually become more matte in other areas.
